IMPORTANT NOTICE

In order to successfully complete online registration for First Holy Communion prep, you will need to upload the child's Baptism certificate. Please ensure you are prepared to do so before moving on.

You will need to have a PDF or other file on the computer or device you are using to fulfill this requirement. If you are completing this from a phone or tablet, you can take a clear photo of each certificate separately and upload those directly from your device when asked to do so below.

If the child received Baptism at St. Bruno, we will still need that certificate to be uploaded. If you are unable to locate the certificate, you can request one from the Parish Center at 562-947-5637. There is a $10 fee per replacement certificate and these requests are typically processed in 3-5 business days. Please do your best to find the original, as you can imagine, we are grateful our records are filled with thousands of individuals who have received sacraments at St. Bruno so it can be a bit time consuming to look these up and generate a replacement.

If this sacrament was received at another church and you are unable to locate the certificate, please contact that church to obtain the certificate prior to proceeding with the online registration.
